Inspirational Music Videos

The video M83 by Midnight City includes ambient lighting, which we wish to use in our own music video as we feel the lighting shall be dull and gloomy. I particularly like the pan across the sunset sky. It has giving me ideas such as to imitate that, but rather than having the sun, using the moon. I also like the slow motion editing they have incorporated.



What really stood out for me in this music video is the establishing shot of the moon, and the mise-en-scene. The ominous setting could portray our characters mood.
